You need to determine the longest distance that you want to travel without trying to refuel. You have to know that these jets have different capacities when it comes to the fuel that they can have. Figuring out place. When you use your journal as a figuring out place you try to discover how you are perceiving your stressful situation. What is it causing your stress? What threat does it present to you? Is it threatening your self-esteem, your need for achievement, your role in the work place, your role are parent, etc. work through this in your journal and see if you can find a self-defeating belief in there somewhere. Then challenge your belief to try to come up with something that is more empowering for you.
The answer is to take control. If you think you have no control over your life and your future and you are destined for something you have no control over, you are absolutely wrong! You do have control over everything! That’s the way the Universe and the Higher Power have designed it. We have control over our lives and our futures!
